The Boosters is a fundraising organization that focuses on assisting the Vicksburg Community Schools and its students to meet financial obligations that cannot be achieved through the normal funding of the Vicksburg Athletic Department.

The purpose of the boosters is to promote and support athletics at Vicksburg Community Schools in an atmosphere that is consistent with the educational philosophy of the school community.

A SUMMARY OF OUR ATHLETIC PROGRAM AND THE PEOPLE WE SERVE:
• Over 2,500 families enrolled in Vicksburg Community Schools
• Funds raised ensure all students have an opportunity to participate in sports
• $5,000 in annual scholarships provided to athletes continuing their education after high school
• 29 Varsity Sports
• Sporting events draw over 500,000 visitors per year
• ​​Facebook posts reach approximately 3,000 views per month
• Sponsor senior student sports scholarship
• Recognition in the South County paper (1 month ad)
